Aspirations in the transportation field and strong command of English - a must. Hebrew is an advantage. 
A relevant academic background (Geography / Transport Engineering/Urban Planning) and/or command of GIS - an advantage.
The job includes trips abroad for short periods of time. Work is at the company's office in Tel-Aviv or Jerusalem.
